People seem to have high concern with their health nowadays. They do the diet in order to keep the nutrients inside their body in balanced and in order to keep their weight stable. They avoid consuming the food which contains fat because they don't want to ruin their effort in diet. But it is not correct because the fat is needed by the body to keep them warm and to absorb some vitamins which are needed buy the body.
One of fats which are need by the body is omega 3 fatty acid which is actually an unsaturated fat. This fat cannot be produced by human body and it is important for the metabolism of the body. Thus, people need to get the fat from the food such as fishes, especially tuna, mackerel, and sardines, and also nuts and seeds such as walnuts. This fat will not endanger the body because it will help the body in lowering the blood pressure, preventing allergies and cancers, reducing the risk of getting a heart attack or cardiovascular problem, as well as fighting a depression. As the conclusion, although people are in diet right now, it is not wise for them to not consume the fat at all. It is important and good for their body. As long as they know how to control their consumption, there is no way that they will get fatter than before.
