This is a Joomla module that extends the functionality of the mainmenu module. In addition its code is completly redesigned which should make it easier to extend/modify.
This module extends the default mainmenu module in many ways. The following list should give you some ideas of what you can do with it:
- extended menu styles like "Flat List" which supports sub menu items (named "Tree List") or "Select List"
- customize the menu markup using parameters or your own menu template
- split your menu or reproduce parts of your menu (e.g., display children at another position)
- make links to sections, categories, content items magically appear
- add access keys to your menu items
